Coding is the new lingua franca of the present age. But, for girls, entering into this male-dominant field is simply impossible because they have too many distractions in their lives — right?

This is how a lot of people, with their sexist and outdated mindsets, think and carry pre-conceived notions about the things that girls can do and can’t do.

To kill these worthless stereotypes, Girls Who Code has produced a 3-part video series called Girls Do Code.

The non-profit organization has used satire and straight-up humor that’s depicted brilliantly by the girls.

“There are already a ton of inspirational videos about why girls should code,” Reshma Saujani, founder and CEO of Girls Who Code, said in a release.

She says that they tried to do something different to spark a conversation and create a more non-sexist image of a programmer.
