2 sirloin steaks, 500g
120ml bourbon whiskey
80ml soy sauce
4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
70g brown sugar
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 teaspoon black pepper
1. In a bowl, combine the bourbon whiskey, cola, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, crushed garlic and black pepper.
2. Place the steak in a tupperware box and then pour the marinade over. Leave to marinate for at least 8 hours (preferably overnight).
3. Once ready, take the steaks out and shake any excess of marinade off. Light the BBQ to medium-high heat. Cook to your taste.
