Slow Cooker Ribs Pho


What You’ll Need:

600g pork ribs
1/2 tbsp coriander seeds

1/2 tbsp fennel seed

2 cups chicken stock

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp salt

2 tbsp fish sauce

100g flat rice noodles per person, to serve

5 cloves

5 slices ginger

4 cloves garlic

1/2 an onion, sliced thinly

coriander, mint, beansprouts, red chilli, lime- to serve

How You Make It:
Pop all of your ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours.

Cook your noodles according to packet instructions, drain and place in your bowls to serve. Ladle over the broth before stripping the meat off a couple of ribs and placing on top.

Dress with lime, herbs, beansprouts, and chillies.
